I used Rutstäd through a service called Flyttsmart and was charged per hour, which turned out to be a mistake. The moving service went smoothly and was perceived as very professional. Unfortunately, the rating dropped when it came to the moving cleaning. Some areas had been cleaned poorly or not at all. When I questioned how they could bill for so many hours and also miss cleaning certain areas, they stopped responding to my messages.

Rut-städ is just the best! Professional on all levels! We have a cleaning subscription and have used their moving services on several occasions! All to our great satisfaction! Now they will also wash our balconies. They do everything and they do it well!
