I am in shock over Kais at MBC-Städservice's incredibly unprofessional handling of our termination of the contract we had with them! After I emailed them about the termination and NO response, I call Kais. I introduce myself, ask Kais if they received the email, that I wonder what the end date will be and that we would like to order…. I don't have time any longer before Kais interrupts me and says; "But Lord Guuud, it's in the contract, read it, there you have the dates" and then he HANGS UP the phone in my ear!!! I then receive a text message that reads; "Unfortunately I don't have time to answer you have the contract and it says exactly there" I texted who answers; “ I am shocked by your treatment, your incredibly unpleasant tone and that you also hung up the phone in my ear, I am completely speechless! I have never encountered anyone with this form of unprofessional behavior!” Kais then says; “Hello I am in the middle of a meeting, you take the sent email, and that is enough You are not going to give me homework, You are going to grade my behavior” I answer; “As I said completely speechless!” Not having time is one thing, being unpleasant is something else entirely! I think it is perfectly fine to answer; “I am busy right now, can I/you get back to me” or you do not answer at all, alternatively send a text message to the caller “that I am busy” or you can actually REPLY to the email you have already received. The question I was going to ask Kais (before he interrupted and hung up) was that we wanted to order extra cleaning of several cleaning stores and other spaces/rooms. Our idea was that MBC would get this assignment (extra billing) so we could end the collaboration in a neat and tidy way. But obviously that was not MBC's idea, sad with such an unpleasant ending! The reasons for the termination are, by the way, deteriorated quality that is not in line with the price for the services!

I received a verbal price which when the invoice arrived had increased by SEK 400. Please note - the invoice arrived before the work had even started, which in itself is a bit strange.

Fast and fantastically well done work. Friendly service and excellent communication. Professional staff. Everything you could want from a cleaning service. My warmest recommendations!

WARNING ⚠️ INCREDIBLY UNPLEASANT PEOPLE WHO CANNOT TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!! HUGE HUGE WARNING! I WILL REPORT THEM TO THE BLACKLIST!
