Lyckostäd i Stockholm AB

We have used this company for years, having our house cleaned every other week. Our friends use them, as well. We have no complaints. Friendly and professional.

Everything is good

Now we have moved so we can no longer use Lyckostäd. We have been customers for 10 years, between 2013-2023 and have recommended Lyckostäd to many friends. Very satisfied with the cleaning and service! They have a well-thought-out concept and seem to have good conditions for their staff. We have been particularly satisfied with the cleaner Basia. A few times we have also used Lyckostäd for window cleaning, it has also worked well.

Victoria at Lyckostäd has been with us for several years, in several different homes. We hope to get help from her in our next home too!

Lyckostäd was supposed to clean my apartment one afternoon. They were late because of my BRF. I was in contact with the company and they said it was okay for them to clean in the evening that same day. After cleaning, they would leave the key in my mailbox. When they finished cleaning, they never returned my key as agreed, but took it home with them. They left their materials in my apartment overnight. I had not approved this either. I asked to get the key back but was told that it was not possible. Incredibly unprofessional. I felt unsafe that the key to my accommodation was at the home of an unknown person and I also did not want my accommodation to be used as a storage place for Lyckostäd's equipment. When I pointed this out, the owner was very rude to me.
