I have had a lot of contact with LT Home. I moved into an apartment where they had "cleaned" it. At first we thought no cleaning had taken place at all, but then we saw some signs that someone had been there, such as wads of toilet paper stuck in the oven and some stains of dried detergent. They had missed almost everything, not even wiping the kitchen doors, and there were crumbs and dust in all the wardrobes and cupboards. The contact I had with them after that was one of the most bizarre things I have ever experienced. We ended up having to clean the entire apartment ourselves, which took 8-10 hours.

House move-in cleaning with renovated kitchen. Managed to scratch the front of the plexiglass on the extractor hood during the cleaning, noticeable scratches on both the top and inside, received ridiculous explanations from some representative that they used a regular sponge and cleaned much newer kitchens than this.. instead of some form of mutual response that a normal service-oriented company applies, they offered to check the damage and test clean on a similar surface and if they did not cause the damage I would be charged. Would you buy a piece of plexiglass and wash it up front without abrasive mtrl on the sponge and prove your innocence? Avoid these scammers and hire a professional company if you want to avoid a lot of nonsense.
