WARNING! They have not carried out the move-out cleaning that was agreed upon. It was not wet-dried, the walls and ceiling were dirty. The cloth turned black when we dragged it across the floor. The bathroom, appliances, etc. were also a disaster. During the "inspection", a man entered our house without knocking, but suddenly just stood in the living room. When we pointed out the shortcomings, he did the least possible and left before anything was approved by us. The majority of the faults were not fixed then. When we want help/compensation, they blame us for not being able to make the only new time they offered (a weekday at short notice) and therefore we are not entitled to a new opportunity. They also claim that they spent 28 hours cleaning the house (140 sq m) even though nothing seems to have been done. When we check the list of what is included in their move-out cleaning, only 2/15 points are okay. They also charge twice as much as similar companies. It's been a month since moving in and nothing is still resolved. It's led to stress and anxiety for everyone involved.

Have tried to book a moving cleaning service, but their service is beyond criticism, they don't respond to emails, and even if you get a response, you don't get any customer service. Booked another cleaning company instead, with faster response and better customer service.

Called them on 22/12 and booked a move-in cleaning at short notice and they took it right away in the middle of the day, it was rushed because the new one wanted to move in before New Year. Oh it was really great and the shower cabin was full of limescale and it looked new when they were done and they really deserve the highest rating that can be given and more to that and it wasn't particularly expensive either.. I really recommend them, you won't regret it

Not a good move-in cleaning. (Not even wiped down benches and cleaned shower). Poor information about what is and is not included in move-in cleaning. Comes up with excuses as to why they can't clean.

Seems to take on far more work than they can handle. Didn't clean up on time and had the bad judgment to argue about it. In other words, doesn't keep their promises when the customer is in a vulnerable situation.
