We tried several cleaning services in the past, but this one is perfect in terms of response time and customer relations. The cleaning is typically very good - and if there is some feedback, it is definitely taken into account... not only one time, but forever.

We were very satisfied with the cleaning when we moved. The entire assignment was carried out carefully and efficiently. Highly recommended.

Really bad move-in cleaning, unfortunately. And I'm not usually the one to complain about efforts. Despite reminders, they missed such fundamental things as wiping floors and surfaces and the list was looong of things they missed. Also difficult to deal with afterwards and impossible to get an apology even though it was many hours of follow-up work for us. Really disappointed.

Called on very short notice, the day before I needed to have the windows cleaned as we discovered that we wouldn't have time to do it ourselves before an inspection of a rental apartment. No problem, said Adnan at Linnea städ and sure enough, he arrived at the appointed time and did a great job so that we could finish the apartment on time. Thank you 🙂

No! On the plus side: They were able to take on the job at short notice. The cleaning that was actually done is quite ok even if there was a small spot that was missed. There is also a minus side: Some windows (old double-glazed windows, which you fold up to clean the inside) had not been cleaned inside and on their next attempt they were not cleaned either because they could not open the windows. I had checked that it was easy, earlier that day, so the people who cleaned are probably very ignorant. It ends up that I have to clean these myself instead of messing with this company. Not what you as a customer want to do. Bottom line: Avoid, if you want to avoid hassle.
