Warning – unserious treatment and misleading pricing Initially, I received a good treatment and a clear price: 350 SEK per hour before RUT deduction. No other costs such as travel allowance, cleaning materials or additional fees were mentioned. Therefore, I was very surprised when the first invoice showed significantly more hours than were actually worked. A total of 4 hours had been cleaned on two occasions, but I was invoiced for 10 hours. When I questioned this, Ali claimed that they cleaned for at least 6 hours on one occasion. I then sent video evidence from my surveillance camera that clearly showed exactly when the staff came and went. After this, the explanation suddenly changed – now he meant that the price was 350 SEK per hour and per person. That is, if two people clean, it costs 700 SEK/hour, which was never mentioned in our original agreement. This type of unclear and subsequently invented pricing feels both frivolous and dishonest. In addition, I have subsequently received several calls where Ali tries to pressure me into paying an incorrect invoice – even though I have evidence that shows that the time they charged is incorrect. As if that were not enough, I also received complaints about the cleaning from people who were on site afterwards. If you want to avoid headaches, frivolous treatment and substandard cleaning – choose another company.

Incredibly satisfied with Lena's cleaning, can really recommend!. They do a thorough job, are always flexible when we need to move days or the like. Respond quickly to emails, always arrive on time and you always get a nice welcome.

Lena's cleaning company sends two ladies to clean my kitchen. One of them says they are from Albania. One of the ladies speaks a little Swedish and a little English and the other neither. The lady who speaks a little English asks if I have a parking space for them and then if I have a ladder. I have neither. I leave them to clean alone and there are alarmingly loud bangs coming from the kitchen. When the cleaning is finished, they ask if I want them to wash the floor. Of course, it belongs to the kitchen and so does the window, which they clean upon request. Unfortunately, they forgot to clean all the drawers in the kitchen and large parts of other things. No, I cannot recommend this cleaning company!
