We are satisfied with the cleaning. The cleaning was fast and efficient. However, there was a problem with their email which meant that the cleaning was almost not done within the deadline. But they were helpful and flexible so they solved it on time. Would recommend and be able to hire them again.

Do not use for moving house cleaning! This company has no idea what it means to carry out moving house cleaning. Wardrobes were not cleaned, lots of stains on the floors, cobwebs left in the ceilings, lamps not cleaned, let's not talk about the shower cubicle. The seller had hired them, the cleaning was downright bad. They certainly came out and cleaned again when I requested, but the staff has no idea what they are doing. All they do is "general wiping and vacuuming" I got tired of having them here and had to send them home... maybe it works for weekly cleaning but I had not hired them.

As the cleaning company was booked, we had to accept cleaning before we had time to empty the apartment. After cleaning, certain items were missing that seemed to have been picked selectively. When we pointed this out, we were met with mockery and threats. A negative review of this company apparently results in threats of a police report and a lawsuit. I consider this to be an extremely unprofessional way to solve problems. Since after many months the customer is still being threatened in this infantile way to force a bad review, I too feel compelled to leave a negative review. Not on the performance of the cleaning, but mainly on the way we were treated. Anyone who uses threats is just biting their own tail.
