We moved into a house cleaned by this company. We were informed by the owners that there was one person that cleaned a 165m2 house on three levels. The house was not cleaned to standards, previous owners had a cat and cat hair are all around, windows are dirty and the inside of cabinets are dusty and clearly not cleaned as one can see the circles where previous people had their glasses. Spider webs left on walls and also the fridge has food spots inside.

They may be cheap. But then you get what you pay for. The first person who cleaned our place was good. But they couldn't keep her, as they probably pay their employees very little, so she changed cleaning companies. Then the next cleaner scratches my window frames and when I show them, they first try to point out that they can't be the cleaner. Then they offer to try to fix the scratches. But they delay it in the hope that they will continue cleaning. When you get tired of them, they are quick to terminate all contact without taking responsibility for what they have destroyed. Don't hire them. That way you won't have to worry.

Hired for move-in cleaning. When we were supposed to inspect the cleaning on the handover day, we noticed that it had basically not been done. In addition, the keys had not been left in the apartment as agreed. After agreement with the new owner and Landala Städ, a new cleaning was to be done after lunch, this was not done until the evening, which delayed the new owner's access. They referred to the guarantee, but a guarantee is something you leave if you have done something poorly, in our case you had not done it at all. Incredibly embarrassing to have to hand over the apartment in this condition to the new owner, everyone recommends avoiding this company.

TOTAL DISASTER!!!! NEVER hire this rogue company!! The water traps were not cleaned, black around the drains in the sinks, the entire cabinet under the sink was black from old coffee grounds, the supply air vents were black from dust, the walls were full of cobwebs and dust, door jambs and doors had sticky fingerprints etc etc etc The cleaner who came to redo the cleaning came walking from the bus stop 2km away and all he had with him was a dram trolley with scant and very worn and unfresh cleaning equipment all over the place in a bag...wonder whose toilet those rags had been in before🤢 Without gloves or barefoot he splashed around in the bathrooms. He said he had never seen a water trap before and had no equipment to clean them with, but broke off branches in the garden to clean with. When I called his boss and complained, he thought I was being negative and said I should bring up what was positive instead🤔

I have hired the company twice for moving house cleaning and it has been done without any complaints. Nice service and clear information in the communication.
