Please everyone , DO NOT BOOK SERVICE WITH THIS COMPANY. I estimated the distance from the door to the car park was 30m, the service price was 1,900kr but when the moving guys came and recorded the video and told the service guy that the distance was over 30meters and they had to overcharge me 800kr for that. I measured myself, it was 35 meters and was very close to the estimate. When I asked them why they overcharged me 800kr for 5 meters. They answered that they cannot do anythings about the price. They were not the ones who decided the price and I asked who decided, because I wanted to see the price list for the overcharging. They still insisted the new price and didn’t explain in proper way. Very very poor service!!!!!

I made price quotes and quality assessment of moving companies based on ratings found on Google. I chose NDD for the price, which was lower than that of its competitors (1500kr less than the value of the closest competitor). The service was good and attentive from the start. But on the date of the move, when the team arrived at my home, they said that my move would not fit in the two trucks I hired and, in addition, they charged me an additional 1000kr, because despite the fact that I informed it by email and by telephone that the addresses of origin and destination were on the first floor, the employee who attended me made the wrong registration, as if both addresses were on the ground floor. She didn't take the responsibility for her mistake and kept the additional charge against me. Finally, the move fit both trucks, but the 3 employees took 4 hours to load and another 4 hours to unload the furniture. This was probably due to the poor assessment of the volume of furniture to be transported. Finally, I regretted having hired them. You could have paid the additional amount to your competitor and perhaps not have had this kind of problem.

Not showing up. Not informing about it. Tells excuses that sound like lies. No interest in helping clients finding potential solutions. Leaving their clients standing without possibilities to move in the 11th hour.

The moving company arrived 2 hours late, once they were there it went pretty well. Careless with the furniture and where they scratched. After the truck was full, there was some outdoor furniture left that they didn't take with them. They didn't pick it up later, we had to do it ourselves. Cleaning was barely acceptable. Carelessly done, missed in several places. When they left our home they broke the fence and the electrical cabinet (!!) without notifying us, but we got that information from the neighbor.

A terrible experience, the moving guys arrived on time. They didn't bring all the furniture even though they had checked the apartment before with the owner and employees, we had to leave things behind. When we got to Stockholm from Norrköping, one of the guys was noticeably affected by something, the furniture was really broken, when we said it at a later stage, the owner said it had been too long before we heard from us. We also took the cleaning from them. It was rejected. The windows were not cleaned, the drains were not cleaned, the floors were not wiped and the oven was not cleaned. When they did, it took several days before it was fixed. I also got an invoice issued in someone else's name but in my personal number! I got angry and said it needed to be removed, then they assigned it to the paid service that assigned it to the supplier. Everything that could go wrong happened. Absolutely the worst moving company that has ever existed!
