We believe that we got a door and a window scratched during cleaning. The next day the man who cleaned comes here and scolds me for not doing this, he believes that previous cleaners destroyed the window and we threw something on the outside of the patio door. I have tried to get a solution to this in 3 calls and 2 emails, asked if the company does not have any insurance and how we should solve this but am completely ignored. I have worked in the cleaning and window industry myself for 7 years and this is under all criticism! Now we have no problem paying for this misery ourselves but to first scold their customers, not answer a single question about how to proceed and then completely ignore their customers is not justifiable and such poor service... I would really beware of this company.

I ordered window cleaning and a full house cleaning from Kixon which was a fantastic experience. The staff were very nice, professional and thorough. I have had cleaning and window cleaning before and the result has never been this good - super satisfied! When I came back to the house after cleaning and window cleaning the staff had even picked flowers and put them in a vase and folded my laundry - really impressive! Many thanks! Anders

I am super happy with my home cleaning via Kixon! So nice to come home to a clean home and have more time for the family. The only time I had a comment it was taken seriously and fixed right away, great service! I really recommend hiring them!
