We had a cleaning and the service was simply terrible! We ordered a 4-hour cleaning. Not even 60% of the guaranteed service list was done, there was literally trash and stains everywhere. A fix that took 3 hours barely made any difference. I want to point out that the house is small and was prepared for cleaning. We have no idea what this person did in our home for 7 hours??? Not to mention the discussion with the cleaner, who claimed that she didn't need to clean anymore but just vacuumed a little in the middle – without even moving chairs or things on the kitchen counter… which is not at all consistent with the guaranteed list. We have never experienced such unprofessional service before!

We were incredibly satisfied with the cleaning and the cleaner, but those who sit and book cleaning and handle all the administrative work in the office are under all criticism. Starting with the fact that they change days or times for cleaning without confirming with us. When you call them, they can never answer questions but state that they will return during the day, then never hear back. Worst of all was when they wanted to change cleaners and state that they have to send someone who speaks neither Swedish nor English but we have to be at home on site to explain to them how we want the cleaning. No, we have now terminated this after 1.5 years. We were super satisfied with those who came and cleaned, but I don't give much credit to the gnomes in the office. Addition, this applies to Habo

Totally agree with Johan Erlandsson. They can't even read that it says No advertising on the mailbox. It would be nice of them to respect that. Elisabeth Johansson
