I ordered a general cleaning. A guy and a woman come. The guy speaks English, so I talk to him. They are jerky in their movements, close the doors where they clean (now I understand why, one of my bedside lamps broke) They are very "rough", sweep in a place where I have decorative plastic, so the plastic gets destroyed when it gets tangled. They have strong scouring agent on the floors, I am allowed to tell them to use only water. But the worst is when the Supervisor comes to pick them up, and I show my lamp that has broken. We will replace it, she says! Yes, how great, but you have to replace 2 lamps, because I can't have 2 different ones. Absolutely, she says! I got a replacement for 2 lamps, nope! Sooooo bad! That's where they lost me as a customer, and more. I will spread this bad behavior to my friends, and now here too. So those of you who are criticizing this company. Don't have anything fragile at home....

I had 3 fantastic women here at home today who did a major cleaning in a completely exemplary manner. So incredibly professional and competent, what professional women! Also incredibly nice and awesome in English. A big and warm thank you to all 3 of you. :-) Warm greetings Lovisa and family.

Very good service! Got help quickly with a job I really needed help with. It went really well and the two girls I got to do everything they were supposed to and a hundred more trips!! I am very very satisfied and will recommend them to anyone who needs help!!

Super! Really good cleaners with personal service and adaptation to different needs. Easy to add extra services such as window cleaning and other things to the regular and regular cleaning.
