Good service and experience

A complete disaster! I booked a moving cleaning service through the moving company and when the cleaning was done I was greeted by a ruined apartment. The person who cleaned the apartment had unscrewed the shower head and flushed the entire bathroom, destroying both of my cabinets. And when I called and complained about the cleaning, he came back and was going to dry them with a hairdryer. He didn't fix the rest of the things that the inspection found so I had to clean myself and the only thing I was told was that I have a warranty and shouldn't do it myself. How is it possible that I should sit like a babysitter and look after the cleaning staff when they make the same mistake twice and why should I have to take my time to look after them? Completely unreasonable. The cleaning company also doesn't answer the phone even though you call x number of times. Those who are administrators should pack their bags and go out and do the job themselves because who's to say they won't send the same person and he fails again. See the picture and you will see the water damage they caused. I do not recommend anyone to hire Jane moving and cleaning.

Ordered moving cleaning, unfortunately it was not done well at all the first time (pictures). Led to many comments on the inspection. Also, the communication was complicated. Boring and stressful even though it is the stress that you want to avoid by booking a cleaning company. At least it turned out well after many ups and downs, but next time I would probably rather clean myself as it is both cheaper and less hassle.
