The standard safe water states that wet room managers should make water penetrations, this was forgotten. Received incorrect advice from the craftsman to solve it afterwards, which makes the wet room certificate useless, the company denies responsibility despite the facts. The hourly billing and travel costs (640 SEK/h or 73.50 SEK/mile, 2019) gave a total cost of 93,500 SEK after tax deductions for a 5.8m2 fully tiled bathroom and a 3m2 sauna floor with tiles, which is very high for a small bathroom.
