I am very disappointed with this cleaning company. Despite having a clear agreement on what was to be done, they "missed" several important parts of the cleaning several times. When I pointed this out with photographic evidence, I was met with extremely rude behavior, including swearing and accusations that I was lying. The customer service was beyond reproach and far from professional. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company to anyone and will definitely not use their services again.

I am incredibly disappointed in a company that is so uninterested in a customer being satisfied, we certainly did not get back to them within 24 hours with our feedback as we were in the middle of a move but a few days later. When we heard back it took 13 days before we got a response, although we also called and wanted to be in touch. We did not expect them to do another cleaning out of goodwill and for example fix the windows that looked deplorable but there was no interest on their part, see email conversation below. Our email: "We have received a good reception when booking and that you have been accommodating and managed to help us at short notice 🙂 The rest feels so boring to have to write as not all the cleaning work has been done well. On xxxxxxxx the windows were a little streaky but not so much that we reported it to you, time was short before showing the apartment so we fixed it ourselves. On xxxxxxxx all three windows are streaky and stained, the fridge was dried but a couple of shelves in the door were missed for example. A fixed wardrobe that I particularly carefully pointed out should be scrubbed out properly was not cleaned at all, dust and ingrown stains remained on the floor. In our apartment which is from the 18th century, there are old wooden floors, we have a special wood soap for that purpose that I showed the cleaning manager, I am unsure of what you used to wipe the floors because it was like a micro-crumbly film on it. I did not experience that all doors, frames, handles and the underside of taps and knobs were dried. and that it was not cleaned behind the stove. I would also like to add that it was cleaned well too but that it was of uneven quality. Hs Holper's reply: Sorry that it took so long to reply but your email ended up in spam. How sad to hear that you were not 100% satisfied, we always leave a 24 hour guarantee and of course come and fix what was missed but you contact us two weeks after we have done the work at your place. If you had contacted us the same day or the day after, the guarantee would still apply but since it has been so long we cannot get back to you as a lot can have happened during 14 days unfortunately.
