Called Wednesday 8/1 about carpet cleaning, was supposed to be picked up on Thursday 9/1 no one came, THEY called on 10/1 in the morning they were going to pick it up he asked for the address could not find the order, no one showed up, how serious is the company. Today Monday 13/1 I received a text message that they could pick up the carpet, this must be a joke.
