Hired them through Flytta.se. The overall cleaning was ok, but then noticed that there were some areas of the apartment that weren’t cleaned properly. Called to complain as there was a “warranty” for the service but they didn’t offer me a time that worked for me to fix it. Made a complain directly to Flytta.se, documenting all the areas that weren’t properly cleaned and then got a call from the person in charge, shouting at me and with terrible attitude. That made me wish I hired someone else.

Nightmare experience. nonprofessional personal who packed and transfer your stuff like a trash. Nagging all the time. Don't waste your money .

We urgently hired Rut and cleaning service in Gothenburg. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend them for moving house cleaning. We were very disappointed when they called us and said it was very dirty and wanted more money. We paid and when we got to the apartment we saw that it was not clean at all. They came out again via the cleaning guarantee, we went and looked. We saw that it was still not clean. They came out again a third time. Then we had to go and point out where it was not clean and these boys wiped a little where we pointed. Before we handed over the keys, we took one last look and scrubbed the floors ourselves and removed any obvious stains that they had not removed. Then we discovered that they had not cleaned behind the radiators. We have contacted them and sent pictures, but now there is no sign of them.
