Hemfrid i Sverige AB

I am extremely disappointed with the cleaning services provided by this (Hemfrid i Sverige AB) company. The entire experience was a complete disaster from start to finish. The cleaners arrived and was waiting for me to handover the keys and leave so that they don't need to do the job in front of me. They did not bring the necessary cleaning supplies and equipment, which led to a subpar cleaning job. The cleaning was rushed, and the results were unsatisfactory (images attached). The floors were still dirty, and the surfaces were not properly dusted. The worst part is that they charged an exorbitant amount for such poor quality work. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality cleaning services. Save yourself the time and money and look elsewhere for a more competent and professional cleaning service. When MKB came for assessment, I have to do the 4-hrs cleaning again after there remarks, such a worst experience.

The employee i talked to last week assured me there were times available for a cleaning service, I tried booking a clean up, and all of a sudden there's no times available until next month. The other person I talked to on the phone don't know who was on the phone, who worked that day, why the other person said such thing and blamed me for not scheduled the clean up. Don't waste time with this company...

Repeatedly leave dirty cleaning rags lying around in various places when they leave. Once left toilet water running when they left after cleaning - and we were away, meaning 1000 of liters of water was wasted. Lots of dust still when they think they are finished. They seem to have a penchant for folding and rearranging things rather than actually cleaning. I can unfortunately not recommend them.

I've been using Hemfrid for a while now and am super happy with their services.
