I had a disappointing experience with Hembry. When I left my office, everything was in order, but after the cleaning service the door was damaged. I reported this immediately and explained that the damage must have occurred during the cleaning. Hembry refused to take responsibility or offer a reasonable solution, stating that they only accept responsibility if the cleaner reports and acknowledges the damage themselves. In addition, they were unable to provide reliable weekly service, with frequent cancellations of scheduled cleanings. Overall, this was an unprofessional experience and I would not recommend their service

The cleaning lady was well mannered. However, the quality was not up to the mark. There was visible dirts in the windows slits. Moreover, took way more time than it needed. (62 sqm for 5 hours) and yet left the balcony uncleaned. Not recommended at all.

I'm really happy with the cleaning and find the team really approachable and helpful. Many thanks.
