I wish I gave them Zero for their bad/disspointing services, they broke my Sony TV 65" and instead saying sorry! they said we trust our cleaners.. be very careful when you deal with this company

Disappointing service and cleaning. Cleaner missed basic tasks, leaving dust and crumbs in visible spots (coffee table, TV stand, shelf). Description sent by the company didn't match what was actually done. The follow-up with company was dismissive and focused on booking more future visits, while ignoring that the apartment was left only partially cleaned on the first time. There was no apology for cleaner taking my cleaning equipment without permission. Very different from other companies I've used, which offered much higher cleaning standards and more responsive customer service.

He was kind, respectful, and very pleasant to deal with. It’s always nice to meet someone who takes pride in their work and treats clients kindly.

Not worth it. We have a 40square meter apartment and you must pay them for a minimum of 3h for a total of more than 1600 kr (800 kr with RUT and the rest from the state). They access the apartment via an app where you can see the actual time they arrive. Interestingly the door was never locked with the app after the cleaning was done since there was probably nothing left to do after 2h but they didn’t want us to know they left earlier. On the last time I had to stay at home and after 2h the lady told me that she had nothing left to do (according to the basic cleaning) so she would have left (windows were dirty, dishwasher to be emptied and so on but I guess you have to pay more for that?) It’s not possible to communicate directly with the cleaners, we had special needs but they prevent you from getting in contact with the cleaners and you alway need to go through the office. It’s a ripoff and for us really not recommended. The cleaners themselves I think are good but the company tried too hard to be a money machine.

True scammers! Had this company hired to clean a 20-square meters apartment. They took 1.5 hours to clean it, with only one cleaner, but I still got invoiced for 8 hours. This is ridiculous. Contacting them about it did not help since they refuse to charge the proper amount. Stay away from this company, it is a scam and you will get overcharged.
