Worst moving house cleaning I've ever been through! Large cobwebs left behind after cleaning. Will come again to remove them, but they are still in the corners. When we move in three weeks after cleaning, we discover that they haven't cleaned behind the elements, there is still black dust a centimeter thick. When we move the fridge and freezer, we find an old fluorescent tube above us, it turns out they haven't cleaned there either. A mirror is above a wardrobe that falls down when we move it, luckily our son wasn't in the same room. Don't use it! Call and get such a rude/unprofessional treatment. She says they blew the elements, I say they must have forgotten. She stands her ground and doesn't want to come and look or have any pictures. Ask if I can talk to the manager but she doesn't want to give me his number ???? Unserious!! Will take pictures of the elements and see if it's dust that they say has accumulated in 4 weeks!!!
