We were going to clean our house and were in a tight spot because the new and old landlords didn't really speak the same language (and we as a family were in a bind regarding the cleaning when we moved out). In addition, we have children, and there were many spaces and nooks that didn't... well, they didn't look that good, if we say so. Real chaos. The first company we reached out to refused to work with us in such a tight timeframe and special circumstances, but then we got hold of Grönstädning. It's crazy how different the communication was! Within barely 24 hours we had received super professional help with both cleaning, rough cleaning and even a little remediation of some small problem areas. Even though we had ordered "what can be done" (i.e. the easiest thing in the panic), they fixed everything, more than we thought. Kind, understanding and friendly staff that we really want to give five stars. Thank you! You saved our week!! The next time we need cleaning, there's no doubt about where we'll turn (more companies should think like this).

We have had this company for about 1 year. Absolutely terrible service. Really ugly methods that never benefit the customer! Subscriptions that must be paid even if cleaning could have been carried out from their or our side. An arrogant and unpleasant treatment with a response to one's criticism/feedback that they have such good reviews!? Whatever you do, find another company!!

Grön Städning did a major cleaning at our house. They didn't even take out the carpets in the hall to shake them. They washed the floors around the carpets, when I questioned this the supervisor said there was a "misunderstanding" between the two cleaners. I then said that I thought it was strange, the person who washed the floors must have seen that the carpets were on the floor and that she didn't clean under them. Then the supervisor replied that I probably "can't have heard so much in my life". They also didn't take out the small cloths, but only dusted around them. If you want clean when you hire a cleaning company, choose another company than Grön Städning.
