Unfortunately not a good standard of moving house cleaning. Would definitely NOT recommend. You save both money and headaches if you clean yourself. We moved into an apartment that was supposed to be moved house cleaned by green elite. The dishwasher was uncleaned, the washing machine was untouched, the oven was untouched, the cupboard doors had stains and the floor had black circles on it. After contacting green elite, 3 new cleaners came and fixed the things I had seen. The cleaners started cleaning and it got better but the oven fan, the dishwasher drain and the dishwasher filter were apparently not included in the moving house cleaning. The cleaners explained that they could not remove some stains but after I explained and showed them that you can use a sponge instead of a cloth, the stains went away. I also asked if they had mopped the floors and they said they had even though there were black circles left. The cleaning was still crap and after complaining to them more I gave up and did it myself. After a simple swipe with the mop, the black spots disappeared. I took time off work to instead stand and instruct cleaners on how to do their job. Cheaper to do it yourself. Reply to the comment below: This is your company. We did not order the service as we were the ones who moved into the apartment you were supposed to clean but we asked to have the problems fixed. That's probably why we are not in the database. Also: since when are gmail users in the customer database? We took part in your cleaning and it was the worst we have ever experienced. Just to remind everyone, avoid this company. They take no responsibility and threaten legal action if you use your freedom of speech to complain about their service.

Very happy with this cleaning company. They have never missed anything. They are very nice and flexible with times.
