Called the day before and was clear about the pantry not to be forgotten. Food leftovers left in it and dirt. I had to clean it up just to see the pictures of what it looks like after "Cleaning from ICG"

I hired ICL to do a move-in cleaning and in my case the cleaners had broken a ventilation grille above my refrigerator. When I called in to report the problem, ICL promised to call me back but I never got it and the matter was passed on to the CEO who never called me back. I understand that things break sometimes and when that happens it shouldn't be that difficult to notify the customer about the status and whether they will compensate for the damage or not.
