I submitted a quote at their website and they just confirmed my booking by email, and the emails are in my spam, no SMS, no digital sign, no offer letter and no phone calls. I didn’t know it is booked so I booked another company. In my request for quotation, I stated I prefer to start at 12 pm. While the cleaning lady came at 2 pm and called me, until then I realized I double-booked. Then I just let them go and contacted the customer service to explain everything, even though there are terms about delay should be compensated from their side, I am still charged for the full price. After communication with their customer service, they offered a home cleaning without extra cost.

According to our documented written communication, the following price list applied for the move-out cleaning: Move-out cleaning (60–69 sq m): SEK 1,799 after RUT deduction (SEK 3,598 before RUT) Floor drain: SEK 199 per piece Water trap: SEK 150 per piece (this addition was confirmed verbally that it would not be charged before the performance) Travel & materials: SEK 379 I booked a move-out cleaning for August 31, 2025. However, the cleaning was not carried out correctly, and I was forced to do extra cleaning myself the same day before I handed over the keys to the landlord. I documented the deficiencies with photos and videos, including dirty bathroom floors, cabinet doors and other surfaces, and sent this to the company. For two months, I tried to receive an invoice for the agreed service via email, but I never received an invoice, either via email or regular mail. I reported this behavior because I felt that something was not right. In January, I instead received a debt collection demand for approximately SEK 12,000. The company now claims that there are two invoices: one dated August 31, and an additional invoice from mid-September, both for approximately SEK 5,000 each, plus fees and interest. This is completely incomprehensible. There was no agreement – ​​either verbal or written – about any cleaning service in September. The move had already been completed, I no longer had access to the apartment or the keys, and no new service has been ordered or performed. Where does this alleged September cleaning come from? Who is supposed to have approved it? Attempts to call the company regarding billing issues were unsuccessful. The phone system only refers billing issues to email, where despite repeated attempts I received no help or response. I have saved all communications and documentation and am now handling a debt collection case regarding an amount that in my opinion is not based on any actual agreement between me and the company. I am sharing this experience as a warning to other consumers.

If you could have given 100 minus stars, it would have been more fair. We were going to carry out an apartment exchange where we both booked with this company and they promised that everything would then be synchronized, but there was zero communication between the trucks and the estimated time of about 4 hours was instead 12 hours which they then invoiced for. So instead of just under 5000, the invoice was 15000 due to zero communication, they also used another company as the other party in the move and since there was zero communication during the day, both trucks were in the same place for hours. Now managed to remove the first hour they were late and the movers' lunch break from the invoice. However, I will continue to fight for some further compensation for all the hassle....
