Very disappointed with the service provided!! I wanted a bookshelf that the movers had forgotten to be picked up and carried into my new apartment! I discovered it the day after it was left behind. I got a rude no that no order had been placed for a bookshelf to be moved. As if you place an order for a specific bookshelf when an entire household item is to be moved. And yes, one of the movers asked me to check that nothing was left, BUT it can't be my job to do their job! Otherwise, I'm happy with the move! The rating went down because of the treatment I received regarding the forgotten bookshelf.
