Most bizarre service I've ever hired; cleaners were half an hour late and when I called to see when/if they were coming lady on phone did nothing to resolve it (aside from assure me they'd stay the full time.they're hired for); equally shoxkedthat they left almost 3 hrs early when I paid for six without coming up to let me know as we agreed, but what they did clean was spotless though

Fix Clean has hurt us a lot! They "cleaned" my blind grandmother's house and NEVER did what they were supposed to. Read the company's philosophy, where it says that they love order, cleanliness and a clear conscience. But what kind of conscience do you have that leaves my blind grandmother's house dirty, for several months now. Shame on you. They don't answer emails, don't answer calls. They arrive several hours late and prefer to sit in the car in the parking lot with their phones. Once they are on site, they don't even carry out the simplest of their commitments, no vacuuming, no surface cleaning, no stain removal from mirrors. What is most worrying is that they have a contract with Home Services. I wonder how many elderly people are sitting at home in their own dirt. You write: "After all the years in home care, we are well aware that many questions and concerns arise among those who have home care. We see responding to the calls that arise in a warm and caring manner as an important part of our work.". I have never received an answer... I would certainly not recommend this company to anyone because of their unreliable and unsatisfactory service!

Waited since 2pm. About 2 hours, no one came Getting feedback from supervisor Monday, November 4th. Called customer service but those in charge of home care had phone hours 8-11. Was going to go for grave decoration via a travel service. Had to reschedule. Bad. Probably taking it privately and not via home care.
