I am extremely disappointed with this company for home cleaning service. I called them for a sample cleaning at home. They took 11 hours to clean my little house of 124sq meters.They gave me a long list of products they wanted me to buy plus a mop of their choice. We agreed to a certain time and day for cleaning every week. They sent me a contract to sign. Before signing it, I read their terms and conditions which were completely absurd and seemed to be working against their customers. When I asked questions regarding it, I didn’t receive any satisfactory answers. So I told them I am not signing the contract. What happened next was shocking. The lady in charge told me that I will have to pay a cancellation fee aa mentioned in their contract. Even on reminding her about me not signing the contract, she kept insisting that I would have to pay. They are cheats. Please stay away from this company if you don’t want to be in a mess. FYI, I am in touch with the consumer court.
