Never written a review before but if I could give 0 stars I would! We had booked cleaning, via the landlord, for Tuesday. No one calls, shows up or answers the phone all day. Called Wednesday morning again, they said there was a mistake with the address and that they could come at 3pm the same day. Two people showed up at the wrong address but eventually arrived. We asked them to call 30 minutes before they were done and left in the meantime. After only an hour of cleaning, they called back and said they had to leave and hadn't finished cleaning. They said they could come back the next day (Thursday) and finish. What they had "cleaned" was half the bathroom, half the windows and half the kitchen. They said they would call back and set up a time. No one called. Now it's Thursday, no one has called yet, the apartment is still not cleaned and we have had to clean everything they tried to clean again including the windows. Terrible company, under all criticism! (The picture on the paper is after we cleaned the window, they already "cleaned")

My mother was robbed of valuable jewelry while cleaning Finn's cleaning. It has been reported to the police. The cleaning is done with help from the municipality who hire the company. Also, the cleaning was very poor.

Extremely poor moving cleaning from this company, would not recommend this to anyone. They were given a whole day, and they still have hair in the drains?

My grandmother was robbed of valuable items while cleaning Finn's laundry room, she has reported the incident to the police. The cleaning was done with the help of the municipality who hired the company.
