Familjetid has been super competent and explained all the steps in regards of the job they performed. They involved me in all decisions about sanding the floor. They are nice and passionate about their job, making me feel that i chose the best company for this job!

Unprofessional, not thorough and have an attitude. Asked for compensation or that they come back as they had left too much untidy. Came back with an attitude. Wanted to be told what to do even though they have a template of what a deep cleaning includes. Not recommended. Got a 2 for a perfectly okay cleaning the second round.
