We arranged moving cleaning for 9am and they didn’t show up, I had to call them and it seemed they “forgot” they ended up showing at 11am. The cleaners did the job really well and were nice, but evidently there’s people in management and administration who aren’t careful about their work. What if I really needed the work to be done sooner instead of 5pm? No money compensation for this flop as well.

Booked the company for a move out cleaning, have signed the documents and all, but the cleaning company just didn't show up on the day. Tried calling excellent cleaning, the people who perform the cleaning but didn't get a single answer.... even a few days later they dont seem to bother to answer emails on why they didn't show up

Horrible work, had to do all cleaning myself in the end. Do yourself a favour and find ANY other company since that will save you a lot of time

Fast, accurate and cheap cleaning. I am really happy with it, having had bad cleaning services associated with moving before. Thank you. 🙏
