I had a good experience with the company the first time. The second time when it was time for the move-out cleaning it was worse. The staff arrived two hours later than the scheduled time which is completely unacceptable. I had asked them to take away the trash from the house which was not done because the car was too small. If you know that trash will be taken away then it would have been possible to plan for it or say straight away that it was not a possibility.

I handed over the responsibility of cleaning the house to Ekbergs a few years ago and I don't regret it for a second. It's incredibly nice and nice to come home to a clean house. 👍👍

After they had completed their mission, which they had done well, they have not been easy to deal with. They do not call back as they promise to do. They leave everything up to the customer to fix when it is they who have made a mistake. I had planned to hire them, but when I was exposed to how they treat their customers before I had even hired them, I will take my money to another and more professional cleaning company!
