Would never hire this company for moving house cleaning! I hired you for moving house cleaning after a recommendation from HSB and because you wrote that you guarantee to follow HSB's standards. This has not been followed despite repeated chances. The person in charge also says that he is ashamed of how this has been handled. When I got home to check, it was almost dirtier than when I left the apartment, which is beyond criticism. There were forgotten items. It had not been vacuumed or mopped, there were footprints in several places. Skirting boards had not been wiped and a large duster had been left on a cupboard. The balcony had not been swept. A window was left ajar, the balcony door was not properly closed. Because of this, I had to meet the person in charge to hand over the keys again for another chance. It was promised that pictures would be sent and that I would receive feedback. This did not happen, so I had to call myself. I was assured that everything was done. But then the new tenant calls and wonders if anyone had cleaned at all when it didn't look like that... the bathroom wasn't clean, the bathroom cabinet wasn't dried out and the stove was messy. I was embarrassed in front of the tenant and HSB because the job wasn't done despite two chances. I was called again and complained. After that, you got a third chance. The tenant wasn't impressed but was satisfied. Then despite all this, I had to pay way too much for the job you failed to do. Extremely dissatisfied customer who will never hire you or recommend you to anyone else.
