Was going to order a major cleaning at work - representative came there and estimated it would take 8 hours (2 people for four hours each). Comes back 35 minutes before they were supposed to be done and the staff are both sitting sunk in armchairs checking their phones, everything packed up, it's clear they've been done for a long time. The result was lousy - not at all what we agreed on; shelves, moldings, surfaces, sinks, refrigerators nothing was done, just a few small things besides the floor.
