Downstairs Clean AB

Asked for a quote for cleaning but never received a response. On the date stated in the quote, a cleaning team from Downstairs showed up anyway – completely unannounced and without anything being booked. Since I had not received a response from the company, I had already hired another cleaning company, so Downstairs had to go again. To my great surprise, an invoice then arrived for this “mission” – a service I had neither ordered nor had performed. I have tried to reach them by phone, text message and email, but without response. A month later, a reminder invoice also arrived. Terrible treatment and non-existent communication. Unfortunately, I will neither hire nor recommend Downstairs again.

Downstairs "moving out" in the house we moved into. To be honest, it was at best cleaned like a bad everyday cleaning: Really dirty in the oven, nails etc. in the bathroom and a carpet of dust under the fridge. I got them to complete it but they were quite happy with their cleaning. Completed it anyway but didn't notice any difference.

As a horse owner, and also a young horse, I want to give you the highest marks for a fantastic welcome when we met one of your cars today at 5 pm at Gate Klova. The driver stopped in an exemplary manner and let the three of us with a horse and dog pass and drove away carefully. With a logo on the car, you represent your brand in all contexts. I sent a dress with leather pockets to dry cleaning. I'm pretty sure it just hung around without being treated. I was never contacted to say it was ready. I called myself after a week or so. And then they had missed it. When I picked it up, I couldn't see any difference from when I sent it in. I was invited to come in again. But I ended up washing the dress in water myself, which got an excellent rating. It feels messy. I wouldn't send any expensive items here. Good shoe shine products though!

Sews the lining of my jacket apart when a pocket needs to be repaired. Gets hold of Magnus and thinks we have a good conversation, he promises to call back the same day which doesn't happen. Four days later I call again and talk to a girl in the store. She promises that Magnus will call back but he never calls back. After three weeks I got tired. The shoes I handed in for knocking look carelessly made and am very dissatisfied. But most of all I am really disappointed with the service and behavior from Magnus who only made excuses about this and that instead of solving the customer's problem, I will never visit or get help from Downstairs again.
