third liberto 820 this one lasted 3 months no sound except for loudspeaker same fault everytime noone can fix it I get a new one everytime after so much hazzle. Could be a good phone if quality improved with better service

The company DORO only makes terrible phones!!! I am in the older category and have never experienced any worse garbage. I want a simple landline phone and not a phone made by technology nerds for phone nerds. The phones are confusing and real horror examples of what I really don't want. Unfortunately, you can no longer choose a completely simple understandable spin phone but are forced to take these horror devices that Telia and Telenor et al. can only offer. They are not user-friendly. Is there anyone out there who can ensure that we can get the analog understandable phones back again?

Warning about their products. They claim to make phones for the elderly, but the phones are extremely fragile and cannot withstand the daily handling of the customer group they are targeting. They claim to provide a 24 month warranty, but in practice the product has no warranty. Their customer service is anything but accommodating. Avoid!
