Here's the translation: I have used their services several times and generally have been satisfied with the quality of the cleaning. However, the last time they came, the services were appalling: They left a dirty, unvacuumed carpet on the bed, didn't dust the furniture in 3 out of 4 bedrooms, didn't vacuum the carpets, and didn't mop the floor. We notified the manager of what happened and provided details about the situation. We were told they were sorry but couldn't do anything about it, and they sent us a bill for 2300 SEK for 2 hours of work. We requested a recalculation of the bill because the quality of the services was well below the standards of decency, and it's not fair to pay such a large amount for such negligence. However, the response was that they couldn't modify the bill anymore and they were sorry. If you hire them for cleaning, make sure to check the quality of the cleaning before the workers leave the house, and if you find any irregularities, document them properly; otherwise, you might end up with your money 'stolen' for deplorable services.
