Dammråttan is very nice

I won a major 8-hour cleaning in a competition on Instagram! When I get home, the floors are so sticky that I had to wipe them 12 times myself in batches before the coating was gone! The carpets were wrong, almost all the decorations were misplaced, a flower was cracked, tiles behind the stove came loose & a hole in the kitchen floor appeared. I left work early so that someone would come & check, he never showed up/didn't hear from me. I got a response the day after he injured himself & was on sick leave. Then I got a new contact who arranged for another member of staff to come & document the damage on Monday 2 weeks later, he was supposed to return the same week, it wasn't done. I have now been chasing them & been promised for several weeks that it would be resolved & contacted, but I still haven't received any feedback, compensation or the damage repaired! I advise against hiring them!

Har haft en kille med sina medarbetare här och han heter Fredrik och dessa två grabbar skulle fixa min uteplats, men det har bara varit tråkigheter och rena katastrofen.Fredrik har lovat guld och gröna skogar och det blev en grankvist och nu hade gått på semester och här står jag med en halv färdig uteplats och hör ingenting från Fredrik, så otroligt dåligt då vad ni gör anlita ALDRIG honom. Respektlöshet, arrogans är vad som visar vad dessa står för, dessutom har jag redan betalt, så dammråtta, nej tack

Writing for my dad. It's so bad you can't believe it's true. It simply wasn't cleaned. Maybe they blew a few breaths on the floor but it didn't even show. The bill of 7500kr included basic cleaning for 4500kr. Carrying out a sofa 1500kr and 1500kr in addition for we don't know what. We called and demanded they re-clean, which they did but didn't. This time they had only scrubbed the shower floor clean.

Really poorly cleaned. The company was hired for move-in cleaning by the seller of the house we moved into. Our seller had already pointed out once before and asked the company to come back to clean again because things weren't cleaned well, for example, around the taps and toilet. We ourselves asked the company to come back to complete the cleaning when we moved in because it really wasn't move-in clean. The cleaner barely knew how to clean the ventilation and we even had to show the cleaner how to clean, and ask him to clean the same place several times because he didn't clean it completely/skipped it completely and said it was cleaned. He made more mess than he did at home, so we ended up cleaning it ourselves instead. Walls, moldings, doors, wardrobes, wall sockets, the tiles in the kitchen and all the window sills had a lot of dirt left. The cleaner finally cleaned the stove door, but the company initially said that it was impossible to remove the soot, which was very easily wiped away. In retrospect, it would have been better and easier if we had also cleaned the stove ourselves as he left soot on the floor without cleaning up after himself. There was a large mark left on one of the windows that the company claimed couldn't be removed so they didn't clean it again.
