Made such a good impression the first few times they cleaned my place, but I think it has gradually gotten worse. Some carelessness, poor communication and sometimes also a lack of competence. Among other things, they found bags that had been left on the hall floor on my bed and my cast iron pans run through my dishwasher. I have also had to ask them to be more careful with my cables to my PC and my potted plant that I care about a lot. Sometimes they are good but it feels like it depends a lot on who you get, which in turn depends on where you live. When I lived in the south, for example, I had Doini, who is a real professional, but another time I had a girl who used to use my microwave to heat her curry lunch before she left, which smelled throughout the apartment. Other times you get Sanna and George and have the cleanest apartment in the world. So at the moment I am probably more dissatisfied overall.
