We've been hiring clean house for a year now for house cleaning 2x a month. Extremely nice staff, excellent service and flexibility. I highly recommend them.

Contacted the company and a home visit was made. Everything sounded good. We provided a detailed checklist of what we wanted done (standard home cleaning, basically the same checklist that many cleaning companies use) and a cleaning plan. We provided professional cleaning equipment and cleaning chemicals. We estimated the cleaning time at 5 hours, the same time that had previously been done for several years by another cleaning company with good results. The company accepted the assignment and a start date was set. The first cleaning was to be a so-called extended cleaning, a starter cleaning. It consisted of a standard home cleaning, where the cleaners mostly used window spray everywhere and one (1) mop for all floors in the entire house. We had to instruct the cleaners how to clean, because they didn't know, and tell them that you change the mop after, for example, the bathroom, kitchen, etc. And that you change the micro-cloths between each object, for example, a micro-cloth used in the bathroom/toilet is not used anywhere else but is put in the laundry immediately. The staff were very nice and there was nothing wrong with the will, however, their knowledge was lacking in many respects. The second time it was better but they still didn't have time to complete the entire checklist. We and the company agreed to extend the cleaning time to 6 hours. The third time they came, they left after 5 hours, even though we had agreed on 6 hours of cleaning time. A breach of contract, quite simply. The cleaning result was also not satisfactory. I terminated the service shortly afterwards. We cannot recommend this company. Several of the reviews on this page also appear to have been left by, among others, employees of the company.
