SSSB student BEWARE! This company is recommended by SSSB and it’s the worst deal you can find on the market. I emailed them for an estimate for a move out cleaning, provided details they asked, and then received an invoice + “your cleaning is booked” email intead of a clear quote to approve first. No contract was signed, nothing. Price ended up 3000 SEK above what other cleaning companies ask for the same service. In their invoice the suddenly add an immediate claim of 450 SEK cancellation fee (not even a 24h one, no, they’ll claim it even if you cancel several days in advance). Once I mentioned that I’m not proceeding with the reservation, they immediately claimed the cancellation fee. Again, no contract has been signed. In addition to that, their invoice arrived with a full list of cleaning requirements (“do this - or else we’ll charge you extra”) and passive aggressive messaging that if your apartment is too dirty, you’ll be charged additional fees per hour. Look for a cleaning service elsewhere, any other firm charges 2100-2400 sek for 79sqm, while Cleanfresh’s invoice was for 8360 sek before RUT!

They have a contract/agreement with SSSB, to offer cleaning services to students moving out. Every month people are moving out (and in) from all buildings, certainly. I asked them to clean only my bathroom (and not the full apartment, because I didn't need it) - rejected. They could have just combined it with another cleaning they would already do in the same building. Denied, not even a negotiation possible.

Awful customer service and very rude personnel who works as phone customer support. The worst customer service experience I ever encountered. Mad me cancel the cleaning contract with them right away.

Excellent results. We used for a move out cleaning and the apartment looked amazing after their cleaning.

The worst cleaning company I have seen in my life.
