Clean and style was commissioned to carry out a move-in cleaning of a 55 m2 apartment. When inspecting on the day of moving in, we saw several shortcomings in the cleaning in the form of a floor drain in the shower that was not cleaned, stains on and above many skirting boards, windows that were not polished or were very unprofessionally done, dust on top of skirting boards and cabinets, dust behind radiators, several cabinets not dried out, skirting boards in the washing machine/dryer not dried, there was even a metal object left in the rubber ring after cleaning no. 2. We were able to remove dust/stains ourselves by just dragging with our finger or wiping lightly with a damp cloth. Maria from Clean and style comes to the apartment immediately when we call, even though she sees the shortcomings, she has a bad attitude, makes excuses such as it being cloudy outside and therefore difficult to see. She also blamed her staff and said that if she had been there, this would never have happened, and it was Maria who cleaned the room no. 2. The moving party is on its way, so we decide with Maria that despite the shortcomings in the cleaning, we will move in and that Clean and style will move the things that were put up. To make it easier for them, and because we wanted to get a thorough moving cleaning, we did not unpack. Apart from large items such as the bed, sofa, etc., we put all the boxes in a storage room and in the attic, which meant that they had 1 less room to clean. The cleaning is done 2 days after moving in, but even after the cleaning, the same shortcomings remain. I email Clean and style with photos of the shortcomings and get an email conversation with Charlotte, she also has a cocky attitude. Finally, Charlotte comes and inspects, she also sees the shortcomings. Charlotte, who claims to be a Senior Cleaning Specialist, then promises to be there herself to fix the deficiencies. When we get home the same day after Charlotte was there, some of the same deficiencies are still there, such as the floor drain/water trap and windows that have large streaks/stains. In addition, they invoice full price and that they cleaned for 20 hours. Clean and style has not come close to giving an apology or giving us any form of compensation for the inconvenience they caused us. We fully understand that we can all have a bad day at work, but to show a cocky attitude and then fail to fix the deficiencies, ON 3 TIMES, is beyond criticism! That they should be responsive, professional and strive for a satisfied customer guarantee is not something they have shown us.

Incredibly dissatisfied after our move-in cleaning. Carelessly done and extremely bad and unprofessional treatment above all!!! Had to pay full price and for 20 hours, (even though it's not true) not even an apology but just pure denial and excuses when pictures are shown after they've been there and cleaned time no. 1 and 2.. and 3…. Do not recommend this company…… sickeningly bad customer service and attitude.. was recommended this company by a broker strangely enough…..

A serious company that always cleans well and is easy to deal with if you ever have to cancel, reschedule or need anything else. Recommended!
