Do not recommend, rude treatment. The move-out cleaning in our home was generally okay. However, there were a few mistakes, which we pointed out - something that should be handled professionally by a company that offers this type of service. Unfortunately, we were instead met with a rude and unprofessional attitude from the company's salesperson, got the tags out immediately, which we found very strange? As a customer, you have to be able to give constructive feedback without being scolded. They also offer a cleaning guarantee. Instead, he started angrily bringing up things that they had done instead as if that would compensate for what was not cleaned? He finally offered to send there and clean what was missed, but with the threatening tone we wanted nothing more to do with this company. We therefore chose to end the collaboration and I took on the final cleaning myself instead.. Unfortunately, we saw in retrospect from the reviews and also after talking to acquaintances that this company should be avoided as sloppy cleaning and unpleasant attitude are apparently a common phenomenon with them..

Avoid! I should have read reviews before hiring Christer. The list is long but in short he has - Accidentally broken my oven - Said I will have to buy new oven tins for 3000kr if I don't pay extra to have my oven tins cleaned by machine from them (950kr extra) - Became incredibly rude, almost threatening when I say I won't pay if the landlord sends me an invoice - Cleaned pretty badly - Sent an invoice of 200kr more than we agreed on in the price quote - Started babbling about RUT deductions & the Swedish Tax Agency and other irrelevant details when I question this. - Became personally attacked when questioned The landlord already knew that it was a company to avoid, Christer has also been rude to their employees. He is also known to go around bragging about how good he is, but is known to the landlord for doing a bad job. He will probably respond to this by saying that I never bought moving supplies from him, or that everything was somehow my fault. It doesn't matter. He has been reported to the Swedish Consumer Agency and I urge you to do the same if you have been victimized by him. If he asks you to pay more than you agreed to, follow the Swedish Consumer Agency's excellent guide on how to dispute an invoice. He is very good at making it sound like you are completely stupid, but you are not.

We were duped by a neat website, but behind the facade we were met with the absolute worst customer service ever. We were questioned and scolded, and not only us but also KBAB's representative who rejected the cleaning at the first turn. Good customer relations must be an unknown concept for both owners. I don't question the final invoice (quite a reasonable price after all), but it is the unprofessional contact with the company that is astonishing. If you pay for a final cleaning, you should be able to trust that it will be a final cleaning that is approved without fuss. The fact that they also blame the customer in comments on reviews like this shows where they stand in terms of knowledge when it comes to customer service. They should instead thank you for the feedback, read, reflect and change how they treat and communicate with the person who pays them.

As a customer, I have never been treated so rudely before. Totally unprofessional. Inability to take criticism, direct criticism, condescending tone. Age discrimination. Couldn't have a discussion. However, in written contact it sounded friendly, just like the comments on the reviews. Smart not to show your true side in writing. The comment on this review will surely be that the fault was mine. Use another company for moving cleaning.
