If you want to put your building in such hands is better to think twice for what they charge and the poor work they have and the bad solutions makes me to write this, customer service really bad and attention of the guys taking your building is the worst example of something is not working in your building lights for example u call is an extra charge for sending a technician plus the technician maybe will appear or maybe not but u will have ur charge in ur next bill and need to be payed ASAP . Customer service aggressive and unpolite solutions poor

You people people are the worst I have ever seen when Riksbyggen are in charge things are going very good and now you came it when from bad to worst thanks gor nothing

They take too long to answer their phones

Good when they answer… The entire company is built on the idea that you should email everyone - both people and functional mailboxes. If you call, no one answers or the person on the phone is completely unaware of their own business. If you're lucky, someone answers, and if you're even luckier, all questions are answered in the email. Most of the time, answers take a while and help doesn't come.

Embarrassingly bad. Wouldn't even recommend to my worst enemy. Sat with a blocked drain for 6 days without action or even the beginning of action. Ended up having to cancel their case and fix the company on my own to be able to shower again. Extremely unpleasant customer service to top it off. Quick to cancel the case anyway 🤪 but 6 days without even getting any information at all is far from reasonable! Should I take it up with our housing association about switching from this crap because I don't really understand what we pay them for at all? Unpleasant treatment and zero action? From the answer to judge below, they also don't seem to keep any records of "handled" cases as no date/time matches what my conversations were about vs. When the case was started/ended :) still strengthens the credibility I had for the company before!
