Terrible service

We ordered a moving-out cleaning service for our apartment sale and had agreed that the moving-out cleaning would take place on the same day as the move-in, precisely so that the buyer could approve the cleaning themselves. Bofint were aware of this. We had arranged a time for cleaning at 08:00 in the morning and estimated that the cleaning would take between 2-3 hours. When we were there to meet Bofint, no one showed up. We waited 30 minutes and then we called to ask where they were. We were told that they were in a queue but were on their way. Since we needed to go to work, we told Bofint that we could leave the door open so that they could come in without keys. After we had worked for a few hours, we went to sign a contract with the buyer and hand over the keys. When this was done, it was after 2 pm and we went with the buyer to show the storage room and see how the cleaners were doing (note, this was 6 hours after the cleaning was supposed to start). When we arrived at the apartment with the buyer, we realized embarrassingly that Bofint hadn't arrived yet! We called Bofint several times to ask where they were, but were told via text that they were at lunch and would call back later. A while later we got the answer that the cleaners hadn't shown up because they couldn't find the address. We questioned why no one had contacted us but didn't get a real answer. We waited for the cleaners once again, and met them to show them to the apartment. We then went back to our jobs with the hope that they had started cleaning. The buyer then called us an hour later and said that there was still no one there to clean!! We called Bofint again (no answer this time either) so we decided that we would go there ourselves and clean so that our buyer could move in as she had ordered moving help and was standing outside the apartment with her load waiting. Shortly after we started cleaning, they showed up (it was about 5pm) and said it would take about 2 hours. After two hours, the buyer called us and was not happy with the cleaning, so she demanded that the cleaning stay a little longer, but at the same time she needed to get her furniture in and was satisfied with half the cleaning. Would never, ever order anything from this company again! We understand that unexpected things can happen, but Bofint did not communicate anything with us and did not apologize for the cleaning being beyond all criticism and over 9 hours (!) late. However, nice cleaners who had to work hard, but under all criticism to Bofint's management who did not communicate or answer calls!

The cleaning does not live up to our expectations. There is carelessness with the times and the service from the office is lousy. There is no advance notice if the cleaning is moved due to illness or the like. Strange and unclear rules about time bank and notice periods, you constantly feel cheated.

I agree with the below. I can't put any more energy into this company. Ordered moving cleaning to make it easier but felt like I had to do both the cleaning and the moving.

We moved into a house that had been cleaned by a janitor and had to bring them back. It was really poorly and sloppily cleaned. Feels like they've been through the cleaning. Have lived there for two weeks and can still find things that need to be cleaned again. Wouldn't hire them.
