From the geniuses at Adamo they are now opening a more proper restaurant with a focus on good food at a reasonable price. Visited BO during their Sunday dinner and had an absolutely fantastic evening. Really good 3 course dinner to end the week with many different drink options including drinks from Adamo and very fun wines. It's really nice that a new place is opening that doesn't have a lot of appetizers and sharing concepts here and there, here you get your dish and eat it yourself. The prices are really reasonable which is nice to see, a three course Sunday dinner for around 500kr is very good and the quality is at a good level. They also do lunch which I haven't tried yet but looks like it will be a hit when you read the menu, a little on the more expensive side but here you get a properly cooked dish with coffee, salad and cake. Finally, I would like to say that they had really good handling of allergies, in my case who is gluten intolerant they solved all dishes including dessert and snacks, which is usually tricky, without any problems which is really appreciated.

Fantastic food with exciting combinations of flavors. Incredible drinks and a nice selection of wine and beer. The service was great and we had a really good evening. I hope to go here more times.

A little hidden between the buildings but what a gem! Bright and simple interior. Warm and welcoming staff. And then the tuna - a starter that went perfectly with an ice-cold Riesling. We'll be back!
