Can NOT recommend this company. Our Brf hired Biorent for a garage cleaning. The problems started even before the cleaning itself with the person in charge not showing up at the agreed time to review the garage. Then they failed to write the correct address details in a declaration of their responsibility for technical equipment in the garage. After 3 days of "cleaning", it was sloppy cleaning in several places. The person in charge also did not think they needed to clean until the garage was to be opened to the residents again. He left several hours in advance. We asked for the cleaning to be improved. 3 months later, an untrained person was sent to improve what you would least expect. Again, several places were missed and we ended up having to clean ourselves. I also perceived the owner as manipulative and lying. Everything was handled unprofessionally from start to finish and left a bitter aftertaste I hope no one else has to experience. DO NOT TRUST!
