Simple and efficient. Needed a well-executed move-in cleaning in connection with moving from a rental apartment and also without setbacks or complaints. BasStäd carried out the assignment in the best possible way; I almost wanted to move in when I saw how fresh they had made it :-)

We are very satisfied with Basstäd who cleaned our office. They were thorough, punctual and responsive to our needs. The result was exactly what we hoped for, and we can definitely recommend their services.

Stealing bicycles from bicycle storage. Not recommended! Reply to Basstäd. -Then it is communicated well in advance that removal of unmarked (marked = tag with tenant's name) bicycles will take place. The bicycle in question was about six months old and also marked. It was allowed to stand in the storage for 2-3 days anyway and instead of a bicycle there was a forgotten bag with a photo of one of your cleaners. A coincidence? So no, there is no misunderstanding! You have to teach your employees not to take other people's belongings (something that is not theirs). Tragic.

Very professional cleaning company with nice cleaners who maintain high quality.

They don't come when they're supposed to and they clean very poorly!!
