AXELSSONS FÖNSTERPUTS AB

We have been loyal customers of Axelssons for many years and it has worked well. Now they suddenly don't show up when my partner goes home from work to open for them. She calls but gets no answer. We then call twice later and speak to two different people. No one knows anything but promises to call back. Now a week has passed and no one has heard from us. A company that doesn't care about its regular customers is not a good company. Today we have booked another company.

Good job, good price, nice, no weirdness. Unfortunately, on several occasions I have missed scheduled times due to illness etc. but without being contacted. Hence a four. (Villa on two floors)
